Reviews
What clients can expect, and where to say how it went.
We do not write our own reviews and we do not show sample ones as if they were real. Reviews live on Google. Here is what we commit to for every client, how we ask for reviews, and what we do when one is critical.
- Reviews on Google only
- Nothing invented
- Every review read
- Nothing offered for a review
What to expect
Six things every client gets
These are the parts of the job we control. They are the same whether your claim is simple or hard.
A call back the same day
Report online or call. A real person calls you back, takes your account once, and tells you what happens next.
Terms in writing first
You see the hire agreement and how we are paid before you sign anything. Ask as many questions as you like.
Your claim in your portal
Letters, calls, repair updates and what has been agreed, logged the day they happen.
One team, one number
020 7052 5403 reaches us 24/7. You do not explain the accident again to a stranger.
Losses itemised
Hire, recovery, storage, loss of earnings. Each one listed with its evidence before it goes to the insurer.
Straight answers
If a claim looks weak, we say so before a car is delivered. If we make a mistake, we say that too.
What we cannot promise: how the at-fault insurer behaves, how long a repairer takes, or what a claim settles for. We tell you where a claim stands at each step. We do not tell you how it ends before it has.
How we collect reviews
One ask, to everyone, with nothing attached
A review is only useful to the next driver if it was given freely and left alone afterwards. So this is the whole process.
What we ask you to cover
- How long the car took to arrive, and what car it was.
- Whether the terms and the daily rate were clear before you signed.
- Whether your portal showed what was happening.
- Whether the car was collected when we said it would be.
- What we could have done better. This is the part we read twice.
Please leave out your registration, claim reference and anything about your health. Google reviews are public.
- 01
We ask once, at the end
When your car is collected and your file is closed, we send one message with the Google link. That is the only time we ask.
- 02
We ask everyone
Every client gets the same link, whether the claim went smoothly or not. We do not pick who is asked.
- 03
Nothing in return
No discount, voucher or prize for leaving a review. A review given for a reward is not worth reading.
- 04
Google holds it, not us
We cannot edit, hide or reorder what you write. If we ever show reviews on this site, they will be pulled from Google, not typed in by us.
Client reviews
Written by clients, on Google
We link to Google so nobody can pick, edit or invent what is shown.
Reviews from clients appear here
We only show reviews written by real clients on Google. None have been added to this page yet. Nothing here is invented to fill the space.
See our Google listingWhat a useful review looks like. This is a template, not a client.
- What happened
- The accident, and whether it was disputed.
- What we did
- How long the car took, what car it was, whether the terms were clear.
- How it ended
- Was the car collected on time. Did the portal show what was going on.
When a review is critical
What a bad review gets from us
A critical review is a complaint we did not hear first. We treat it as one.
We read it and look at the file
The handler and a manager read the review against the notes, calls and dates on the claim, usually within 2 working days.
We reply in public, briefly
A short reply on Google saying we have seen it and how to reach us. We never post case details or argue in public.
We treat it as a complaint if you want us to
If the review describes something that went wrong, we open a complaint on your file. The same clock applies: acknowledged within 2 working days, final response within 8 weeks.
We never ask you to take it down
We may ask to talk. We do not ask you to edit or delete a review, and we do not report honest reviews to Google.
If you would rather we hear it before Google does, the complaints procedure has fixed timescales and a named person on it.

Leave a review on Google
Reviews live on Google, not on this site, so nobody can edit or pick them. Say what happened, what we did, and how it ended. Good or bad, it helps the next driver decide.
- What helps other drivers
- How long the car took to arrive, and what car it was.
- Whether you understood the terms before signing.
- Whether your portal showed what was happening.
- What we could have done better. We read every one.
Something we got wrong?
Tell us first. We acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and give a final written answer within 8 weeks. Complaining never affects how your claim is handled. Read the complaints procedure.
