Repairs
Repairs arranged through our partner garages
When your vehicle needs accident or mechanical repair, we arrange it with our network of partner garages and trusted independent garages.
We take your instruction, agree the repair, place the work with the garage, monitor progress and check the work on completion.
We deal with the garage and, where applicable, the insurer, so you have one point of contact.
Inspections
Inspections and repair assessments
We arrange independent engineer inspections to assess damage and agree the cost and method of repair.
We obtain repair authorisation from the insurer where the claim is being paid by a third party.
Mobile servicing
Mobile maintenance and servicing, carried out by us
Our own team carries out maintenance and servicing directly, operating from our premises on a mobile basis. We come to you at home or work.

An independent engineer assesses the damage and we agree the cost and method of repair with the garage and, where applicable, the insurer.

You drive a courtesy car while your vehicle is repaired
While your own vehicle is in for repair, we keep you moving with a like-for-like courtesy car.

We check the work and return your vehicle
We check the completed repair before your vehicle is returned to you.
